During Trinity Yoga the mind, body
and soul will travel on a journey of
detoxification. Sharpen the mind in
the first hour with mind-full movement
and connection to prana, life’s energy
(breath). The second hour will restore
vibrancy as you lead the body through
energetic and physical detoxification.
This journey will be completed in the third
and final hour. We will find sanctity and
wisdom through silence in hot meditation.
