CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch therapy that addresses restrictions in the tissue that surrounds the central nervous system. Releasing these restrictions will help with pain relief, tissue dysfunction and helps to set the body up to heal itself.
In this 4-hour course, you will learn the basic principles of CranioSacral techniques and gentle skills you can take home and use with friends and loved ones.
