Prepare for a night to nourish your body with elixirs & bountiful bites, then calm your mind with a guided meditation and a sound bath to sooth your senses.
Please book your 30 minute session anytime between 5:00PM & 7:00PM. The guided meditation and sound bath will begin promptly at 7:00PM.
