EASE INTO COMPLETE RELAXATION WITH SUPPORTED YOGA POSES
In this workshop you will be guided into a series of completely supported poses. We will use blankets, bolsters, blocks & chairs to ensure your comfort. There is no need to be an experienced yogi or even flexible.
RESTORE YOUR PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING WITH REIKI
While you are in a quiet relaxed state, you will receive Reiki healing. This subtle healing energy will deepen your state of relaxation as well as support your body, mind & spirit.
BRING HARMONY TO YOUR BODY AND MIND WITH THE HEALING VIBRATIONS OF SOUND
Every cell in our body responds to the vibrations created through sound. We will listen to rhythmic Chakra healing music and feel the vibrations of crystal bowls, tuning forks & Tibetan bells.
