Massage Therapy
Massage therapy relaxes the muscles, detoxifies the body, increases circulation and lowers stress hormones while providing pain relief from body aches before and during pregnancy. After the baby is born body fluids need to find balance. Massage therapy helps to increase circulation and drain the lymphatic tissues, while helping to regulate postpartum hormones. Offered at 60 or 90 minutes, some of our services include:

Meditation
We offer instruction in Primordial Sound Meditation, a powerful meditation technique rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. Doctors Deepak Chopra and David Simon have revived this ancient practice of sound meditation and made it available in a format that is easy to learn. Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras to disconnect us from the activity of life. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. Placing an intention meditation on the Sacral Chakra in pregnancy allows the ability to release inhibitions and trust in blissful birth. In this type of meditation the emotional connection between mother and child fulfills its sacred purpose. This will bring balance and harmony back into the mind and the body for both beings as nature intended.

Healing Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy is a powerful, therapeutic, energetic healing modality. The chakras, organs, circulatory and nervous systems all vibrate at different resonant frequencies. Vibration can transform the subtle energetic patterns, soothing and healing emotional wounds and restoring the cells to a balanced vibration. We offer private and group healing sound therapy sessions. Sound therapy can be combined with any prenatal and postnatal massage treatment. This is also an excellent therapy during labor and delivery.
Yoga Classes
The Sanskrit word yoga means union – union of environment, the senses, body, mind, and soul. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga is a consciousness-based hatha yoga program infused with teachings from Deepak Chopra’s classic bestseller The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. Our program offers a balanced approach that can be taken more deeply or gently, depending on the needs of the individual. We guide students to experience body-centered restful awareness, which in turn helps each student find the perfect way to do the postures.
Prenatal yoga will focus on gentle postures that create comfort and maintain strength and flexibility as baby grows. Each class will include beautiful meditations to create a deep calm and confidence in this time of transformation.
Our Lil’ Soul Kids Yoga is about exploring and learning in a fun, safe and playful way. We offer a “nontraditional” yoga class for all ages that is both engaging and interactive, encouraging children to use their imagination as they embody the characteristics of familiar animals and objects. Classes include songs and stories with a Yoga twist.

Pranayama Pregnancy Workshop
Breath and yogic breathing is the gateway to a calm mind and peaceful state of being. The breath enables a positive response to labor rather than a stressful reaction to a foreign experience. Pranayama energizes both mother and baby. Additionally, it empowers mother to gain mental focus to combat stress. With pranayama and meditation, an expectant mother is relaxed and is able to maintain present moment awareness during the journey to birthing baby.
